Adam has trained and competed at international & world championship level in athletics. With experience in coaching disabled athletes Adam has the knowledge and ability to help anyone achieve goals they never thought possible.


One of Canberra’s leading personal trainers, Justin has competed and won multiple titles in Canberra’s top fitness model competitions. He has a true understanding of the physical needs and nutritional requirements it takes to increase strength, muscle tone and drop those unwanted kilos.


Sarah trains her clients with a unique style, placing emphasis on functional movements, barbell lifts, mobility and proprioception to enhance the body’s movement, fitness, speed, balance, agility, co-ordination and strength.


James is an educated and seasoned trainer who has been involved in sports and fitness throughout his life. He believes that nutrition and fitness should complement individual’s lives rather than take over them and practices an evidence based.
