BODYBALANCE 30This class will leave you feeling centered and calm whilst giving you flexibility and building strength. 
BODYCOMBAT XP30 minute version of BODYCOMBAT 
EMPOWEREMPOWER – focuses on four major components of health and fitness; muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and mobility. These single station circuit based classes will challenge you with a combination of aerobic, resistance and flexibility exercises aimed at building strength, fitness and keeping you Active for life!  
ENERGISEThis gentle, low impact cardio class is full of easy to follow moves and is designed to boost your fitness levels while you while you choose just how hard you can work. 
EVOLUTION FUSIONA HIIT circuit class consisting of a combination of cardiovascular exercises and muscular endurance. Fusion is a combination class of hiit rate and Stamina, where you will use a mix of bodyweight, free weights and barbells in a circuit format to work your whole body.  
EVOLUTION HIIT RATEA HIIT cardio based class consisting bodyweight and free-weight exercises used to elevate the heart rate. If you love high intensity exercise and feeing hot and sweaty after a session, HIIT RATE is the class for you. 
EVOLUTION STAMINAA HIIT class utilising free weight exercises. In stamina you will increase strength and muscular endurance using stationary circuit exercises. Stamina challenges you to build strength through high repetitions. if you love the feeling of sore muscles the next day, Stamina is the class for you.  
GRIT ATHLETICGRIT Athletic is a sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.  
GRIT SERIESA motivating high intensity class using a combination of all Grit programs for a dynamic workout to improve your fitness and strength 
GRIT STRENGTHGRIT Strength can put your metabolism into overdrive to burn fat for hours after this amazing small group training workout. Using barbells, plates and a bench you can take your training to the next level. 
HIITMECombines functional movements with interval training to increase your fitness and kick start your metabolism. Give it your best shot with this maximum effort program. 
HIITME 30High Intensity Interval Training. Combines functional movements with interval training to increase fitness, improve your strength and kick start your metabolism and your day! 
LOW IMPACTClasses are land based and may incorporate seated, standing, strength, circuit and flexibility exercises and may include floor work. These classes will help improve muscular strength, cardio-vascular endurance, balance, bone health, functional training and activities of daily living. 
REVIVEImproves mobility, muscle tone, strength and core activation with resistance bands and body weight exercises. Finishing with top-to-toe and stretching.

Cycle Studio Class Descriptions

RPM 5555 minute class 
SprintSPRINT is a cycle workout built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a quick and intense style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. In just 30-minutes SPRINT will challenge participants physical and mental limits. They’ll push through bursts of intensity working as hard as possible, then prepare for the next effort during short periods of rest. The payoff is the calorie burn for hours after stepping off the bike.
