Class Description - EVOLUTION


EVO is a 40 minute workout combining functional movements and exercises using high intensity interval training and circuits. EVO will increase your fitness & endurance, improve your overall strength, core stability and kick start your metabolism. The combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. EVO will provide a different workout each week and include low impact options making the class suitable to all fitness levels. *Classes will often include boxing.
